Strengthening industry–academia collaboration with Uva Wellassa

We welcomed a team from Uva Wellassa University of Sri Lanka to our office for a frank conversation about closing the gap between academia and industry: practical exposure for students, stronger corporate pathways for graduates, closer university partnerships, and feedback to keep curricula aligned with what the field actually needs.

We believe bridging academia and industry is how you develop professionals who can succeed in the real world, not just pass exams. We are looking forward to building this collaboration into something lasting.
