Tech Career Fusion 2026 at Uva Wellassa University was a chance to connect with the next generation of tech leaders. Our focus was identifying strong talent through undergraduate interviews, and the caliber of candidates, and their readiness for real-world problems, genuinely impressed us.
Beyond recruitment, we ran an interactive session on building software in the AI era and how it is redefining engineering workflows. Bridging academic theory and industry practice is a mission we take seriously, and the engagement from students was outstanding.
